We at Designer Group subcontracted the Residential blocks Apartment mechanical pipework services to SRI Mechanical for Project R8 King Cross on behalf of our Client McLaren. SRI supplying pipework materials & labour in undertaking the domestic, public health and heating installations of 72 apartments upon all 12 storey’s of a mix use scheme also with Commercial office space facilities. SRI’s management and supervision team worked well and closely alongside us and our other contractors and also those of McLaren to ensure a collaborative inter service to build approach as the works progressed following a ‘line of balance’ apartment to apartment & floor to floor. The attention to Health & Safety was excellent always ensuring the operatives were put to work safely at the start of each day with and effective briefing and engaged with us to ensure their safety and the safety of others working alongside. Workmanship quality of the installation being maintained to a very good standard and attention to detail with a thorough inspection testing and snagging regime alongside us with use of fieldview Our appointment of SRI has been the right one and we thank them for all their hard work and contribution with Project R8 and look forward to working with them in the future Thankyou Team SRI!

Primary Water Group sub-contracted the installation of temporary pumps and filters and associated pipework to SRI Mechanical for the Project at 250 Bishops SRI supplied and fitted the pipework within the main plant room. Adapting the existing installation to connect temporary pumps and filters to allow system flushing and dosing to take place. SRI’s management and supervision was second to none and at all times they kept they system operating as required and everyone informed on progression. When working on the floors they ensured all areas were left safe and protected for everyone. SRI’s attention to Health & Safety was excellent always ensuring the operatives were put to work safely at the start of each shift with and effective briefing and engaged with us to ensure their safety and the safety of others working alongside. E.ON employed SRI Mechanical to renew a Heat Trust district heating distribution system on a residential project in Leicester. SRI were engaged to supply the material, labour and supervision to undertake the strip out and replacement of the existing heat network pipework within a 15 storey occupied residential scheme whilst maintaining the operation of the heating system for residents throughout the works. Adopting a portion of the principle contractor’s responsibilities allowed SRI to manage the works and run a flexible programme of daily shutdowns to suit the needs of the client and residents. We thank SRI and their supply chain for their hard work on a logistically challenging project. Their attention to detail, knowledge, methodical approach and can do attitude have been well received by all involved and we are pleased to welcome them onto our team to assist E.ON Heat to deliver district heating to communities.
